Platinum Equity portfolio company Hop Lun, a global leader in the design and manufacture of intimate apparel, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lintas, a distinguished Hong Kong SAR-based intimates Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) established in 1995.
Lintas operates two well-established factories in the Adamjee Export Processing Zone (EPZ) in Bangladesh and is recognized for its commitment to quality and long-standing partnerships with leading international brands. With this acquisition, Hop Lun expands its manufacturing footprint and capabilities, further strengthening its position in the European market and enhancing value for customers and partners.
Integrating Lintas will bring a significant increase in production capacity, operational efficiencies, and fresh opportunities for growth. Combining the expertise and teams from both organizations will enable Hop Lun to deliver even greater innovation, flexibility, and reliable service across its global network.
